Scheduled to replace the my garbage disposal for a Thursday.  He called to reschedule due to weather restrictions from another job.  Tried to set up for a Friday afternoon, which was a very limited time frame for me.  He did not respond until an hour after our scheduled time.


Although he was very nice and seemed prepared, I was disappointed with the scheduling.

They showed up promptly very early in the morning.  The job took about a day and half.    The owner is a licensed master plumber which helps with getting city permits, etc.  I was very satisfied with their services.
