Lawn Tool Repair
I do not really like their service because they do good work whenever they do it but it takes forever. They are just so busy. They have a lot of business and it just takes forever for them to be able to set something in the repair shop and it could take you three to four weeks to get it back, but they tell you upfront that it is going to be that long. Most of the staff are pretty good but there are a couple of them that you will really prefer not to work with, and you can usually get around that. But most of them, they know what they are talking about. You can ask them a question, they can give you a plain English answer. I have to say, when the work is done, it is done right.

They are not reliable and their customer service representative screamed at me over the phone after their service technician came out and didn't know how to repair the TV. They don't repair their items in a timely manner and have to order simple items that they don't keep in stock. I won't do business with them anymore.

THREE MEN CAME OUT. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND NEAT. ALL THREE HAD A JOB TO PERFORM, AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB.
