They did a good job. They had the part(s) available and repaired it quickly

AC was not cooling, the outside fan was not turning. Turned off the unit. Called to the company and within 3 hours a technician was at the office. He replaced the fan motor, and restarted the unit, it was cooling so he left. Within 2 hours I realized it was not blowing cold air, so called back to Cobb AC and set up for the tech to come out on Monday am (they did offer to come in over the weekend, but I declined). On Monday the tech was here by 9 am and done in a couple of hours. has worked well since then.
