Auto Service
Yes, I recommend this pro
I brought my own Chevy-sourced parts to Christian Brothers so that I could actually see the condition of my automatic transmission by viewing the bottom of the ATF pan. It required heating some rusted bolts just to get the pan off. Once it was drained, the tech brought the pan to me in the waiting room to check out. They purchased the required synthetic ATF fluid and installed my parts, filled up and tested for leaks. They also notified my to watch out for my serpentine belt in the future as it sounded as if it were starting to lose the bearings. They checked the brakes also, and the work was done within the 2 hours that I waited. Their charge was less than I had been quoted at the dealer, and they were more easily available and quicker to boot. They provided a AAA discount at checkout, which saved me 10% on the total. Nice folks to boot.
