He stayed from Friday until Monday and now is much better. The office was open on Saturday and I expected a call with an update, which is what they told me would happen. They didn't call so I went up. My dog was doing so much better and I thought he might be able to come home. But the vet was tied up at the time I arrived so I told them to call me after the vet saw him that morning and if it was ok I would come back and get him. Long story short, he stayed another day and a half. Which, of course, cost more. I didn't mind him staying if he needed it but I would have like to have been called.

We have used them a few times. They do pretty good; they are a little pricey. They provide pretty good care. I would recommend them. It's just that they are not as good as my previous vet.

Dr. Pope was great! He listened to what we had to say and reviewed our doxies past records before deciding on a course of treatment. He didn't try to take mounds of blood work or X-rays. He prescribed some liquid antibiotics, yogurt, and I/D for a few days. Now our doxies feeling great again!

I just moved to Beaumont from out of state. I waited for over an hour and a half to be taken back..The vet tech was very rough with my sick dog. My dog has never snapped at a vet or tech but she snapped at this vet tech when she jerked my dog roughly, by the collar and my dog yelped.. (she's 13) The Vet talked very fast and seemed to be in a crazy hurry as did the vet tech. I think the evaluation of her condition was good but the the vet tech was terrible, impatient, rushed and had no cosideration for the care and handling of my dog. All the vets I have been to in the past have been caring and gentle with my dogs even visits to 24 hr. ER Vet where I used to live.

Punctional and professional.

I took my dog in because she was scratching at her eyes. The Dr. was thorough and willing to spend the time to discuss all my concerns. After examining her and discussing my concerns about using steroids because of possible exposure to me of those steroids to which I am allergic. He was very careful in looking at possible alternative treatments to treat the irritation and he prescribed one that would not bother me. I was very impressed with his care, honesty, knowledge and professionalism. I will definitely use this vet again.

They were able to see us the same day that I called. They were very nice and professional.

There are 4 vets there and we have seen 2 of them. We are there all the time. The price for the boarding goes by pound of the animal. The day boarding is around $7.50 and the night boarding is around $14. We've been using them for 6 or 7 years.
