Structural Engineering
The experience with Aran & Franklin Engineering is fine so far. I haven't used the drawings yet. They are okay, I guess; good. I didn't have any issues with them. I sent my house plans to them and they came up with the wind storm engineering drawings. The price also included the inspection for the wind storm approval. They have a guy that comes out and does an inspection storm; that was part of the $1,400 I paid.
