Came the day I called. Had to order a new one and it arrived at plumbers and was installed 2 days after the initial service call. Installer was polite and knew what he was doing. He was very efficient, even had to haul it up that rickety attic ladder and bring the broken one back down. All with a smile on his face in an attic about 100 degrees.

They were very punctual, efficient, friendly, and quoted a price and stuck with that quote. It took 2 days to finish job, I would use them again.

They misdiagnosed the problem. They said it wasn't a plumbing problem and gave my the name of a tile worker. The tile worker came out and said it was indeed a plumbing problem. I had a hard time contacting All Star back to let them know what the tile worker said and to correct the problem. I've used the company several times in the past and they were always good, however, with they're recent change in management they just haven't been the same.

They started and finished on schedule (1.5 days.) It appeared to me they did a quality job with quality materials. Two men did the job with a small excavator. A Beaumont city inspector inspected and passed on the work. The work was done recently, but all has worked well so far. The grass is starting to grow some, again, and the and quot;ridgeand quot; of surface-dirt along the line is settleing, leveling out . The surface was disturbed quite a bit, but I don't think that could have been avoided digging and laying line through clay soil. The workers did a good job of avoiding damage to nearby landscape: flower beds, trees, bushes, and a storage building.
I had 2 other bids, one for almost $8000 and one for $2200. I decided on All Star based on a recommendation of a neighbor, their price, and my conversation with the worker from All Star. The job is warranted for 2 years, which I think is too short. I think the warranty on a job like that should be 5 years, or longer.

Our sewer line to master bathroom started to back up. Called ALL Star
for evaluation. Found to have damaged clay sewer line. Original
estimate around $600. When they came to do the work, they realized the
line was damaged more extensively, requiring entire line to be
replaced. Final cost $1800, which was not too surprising. (We actually
thought the original estimate was too low and final cost more in line
with what we had been expecting.) Work that was done was good
overall. The reason for the B instead of A is the condition that the
yard was left after the work was completed. We were told that the grass
sod would be set aside and placed back over the area that was dug up,
but there were only 3 small pieces of sod covering about 10% of the
area, with the remaining 90% left as mud. They also broke some of out
landscaping bricks getting their machinery in or out of the yard. They
otherwise were very curteous with quality work.Repa

First the kitchen sink was stopped up, then the washer wouldn't drain, and THEN, the toilets backed up. EPIC PLUMBING FAIL.EPIC HUSBAND PLUMBING SKILLS FAIL.

Turns out 39 years of putting grease and other greasy foods down the disposal is a bad thing, plus, the clog was too far down the line to clear by ordinary snaking. Consequently, our intrepid plumber was forced to use the hose wt a power attachment plus an industrial snake. Two hours later, everything worked. Thank you, All Star!

All Star Plumbing was on time for the estimate and on the day we set up for them to do the work. The gentleman was very professional. He finished the work in the time he said it would take him to complete. I was very pleased with the whole process.I will use All Star Plumbing again.

I called All Star Plumbing and they arrived within 2 hours. The van and the plumber looked like they came right out of a TV commercial. The van sparkled, looked brand new with logo and all, and the plumber was dressed in very clean company uniform. He was very professional and polite. The plumber immediately diagnosed the problem. The water heater had a leak as a result of a fissure or hole in the lining. But he went into the attic and thoroughly examined the water heater to make sure. The diagnosis was correct and he also found a completely rusted overflow pan under the water heater, as a result of the long time leak. He gave me several options 1) to buy the water heater myself and have it installed by the retailer; 2) to buy it myself and have it installed by All Star; 3) to buy the water heater from All Star and have All Star install it. The best deal (I checked) was to buy it from All Star and have them install it. They were out the very next morning, right on time, and did a great job. They will always be my first call from now on.

I am reviewing too far off from service date, but it was positive experience and I will use them again in the near future for my problem toilets. I felt that the service was consonant with my expectations after reviewing them on Angie's list. The number one in my area at that time for plumbing, from Angie's list, was actually a little less responsive than this operation.

They came on a Sunday night and dug up my yard in the middle of the night to fix the problem. He was very nice and did not bother him that he had to come out that night. I've used him since for various projects.

We have using them for 4-5 hours. They are very quick, they will come out to us even if it's four o'clock. If we need them, they will come out even after 5.

Arrived on time. Polite and Professional. Would have been nice if they had a septic company they worked with to get my problem solved.
