Air Services Unlimited is a family owned and holds an A+ Rating as a BBB accredited business that has been serving Southeast Texas since 1981. We strive for quality and excellence in customer satisfaction. Air Services Unlimited carries a class "A" Texas air conditioning license and is insured for your protection. Our Service calls are $75.00 for the initial hour. We offer free estimates for new installations as well as system upgrades and ductwork. All work is handled in house, we do not utilize sub-contractors unless there is electrical or plumbing work that is included in our work scope. For those instances, we only use state licensed and insured contractors. We offer discounts for Senior Citizens, First Responders, and Military. We are also available 24 hours for emergency service on your air conditioning system.

I had a challenge regarding a plumbing job that was being done at a single family home that I manage. The plumber needed to run his new sewer line under the existing outside a/c unit. Ed spoke with the plumber and they determined the best course of action and Ed gave me a very reasonable quote to perform the service. He coordinated everything with the plumber and I did not have to do anything. They called when the job was complete to let me know all was well. I was so thankful that he was able to take this challenge, find a solution, and execute through completion.

It is very hard to find a good air conditioning guy in this area so I recommend Ed Bailey. I am very happy with their work. They show up on time and they use good equipment. They systems they put in are well thought out. He doesn't put equipment on a house without thinking about it. He is probably one of the better trained air conditioner guys in the area. His average price for installations is higher; but his average servicing starts at about $75 for a good job of getting your air conditioner ready for summer. I will use him again in the future.

I am a property manager for single family homes. The original call had been turned in to another service company due to a previous agreement. After the other company delayed response 2 times for a total of 5 days, I was given authority by the Owner to use the A/C service company of my choice. That is when I called Ed's office and they jumped right on it. I called them about 11 am and by 4:30 pm that day, the issue was discovered, part was found, and a/c was repaired. All of this within 1 afternoon. They kept me informed through the whole process and stayed within my budget.
