Once I reviewed my first bill I did not see $99 fee. Contacted exede they said to contact Advanced Electronics as soon as I mentioned it the person got very rude and defensive it wasn't until I posted a bad review that I got the honest truth. Advanced Electronics charged me $99 to come out and set up services that were offered free by exede. He said he was a small business and that's how they survived. Well I asked ahead and was lied to all the way to the bank. Had he been honest I would have went directly through exede. You can't just lie and say you are charging someone for something then change what the charge is for after the fact. Or who the money is going to.

I was having some issues with my surround sound. They came and checked the wires out and and installed some speaker. They were quick to come out and help my situation. I have used them several times over a number of years. They installed my DVR and I am very satisfied with their service.
