My air was not cooling and they discovered the A Coil needed to be replaced. They came and replaced it (incorrectly). My air never cooled again! They blamed my insulation. My insulation had never been a problem before they changed the coil. I had to recall them to my house four times, then get a new company to look at my A/C. They discovered that the coil was shantily soldered and the polonium was not installed correctly causing freon to leak and cool air to be distributed into my attic and not my rooms. Kevin, the lead tech, came to my house the last 2 times and made remarks like, "yeah, I have another lady I have to go revisit her house too, b/c she doesn't understand that when its hot outside the air isn't going to cool properly." and "she too keeps calling my company back out and making them look bad!" Very unprofessional and unwilling to take any responsibility.
