I came to the Verizon store expecting a fight, but instead met an employee named Marcus. Not only did he help me get a warranty replacement at no cost to me, he also did a complete phone review to make sure I'm still getting the best deal.
My phones internal receiver/antennae just decided to shut off...permanently. Nothing to blame Verizon for just a bum phone that they are replacing.
After this experience, I will be returning and speaking with Marcus about some other options he pointed out on my account that could save me money. He also gave me his card and told me I could call and set an appointment so next time I wouldn't have to wait so long. WOW! Now that's service.
Marcus was honest and straight forward with me the whole time. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a Verizon phone and wants to be sure they are getting the best deal.
