When you call them out for servicing they never get the order right and they charge stuff on your bill that is not supposed to be there. I would not recommend them.

These guys have security problems. Someone else ordered a new iphone and charged it to our account. This was undetected for 4 months until we noted a high bill and data usage. When we questioned it, they first denied it and mentioned that they were not responsible. They admitted the theft when their fraud department investigated it-sending us a letter that the iphone was stolen. However, the are still sending us letters asking us to pay the balance, or else. Verizon is really screwed up with no coordination between their departments. Their order department does not confirm identity of the person ordering and just takes the order to make the sale. Just really sloppy.

I have been using them for fourteen years. They are okay. The price is high. I will continue to use them.
