Been using them for 30 years. They are great. The came and replace my A/C in hot weather. Highly recommend them.

Very poorly. We've used Taylor air conditioning in the past with good results. Unfortunately this time was disastrous. They came out several times and said the unit was repaired even though it never worked properly after they left. We had to hire anothercompany to repair the unit and also repair apparent incomplete work left by Taylor's technician. Taylor installed the units new three years ago, they have never performed properly, and I suspect one unit was undersized. Finally my wife spoke with him on the phone, he shouted at her saying his technician did a good job and hung up on my wife. Obviously we won't be using them again.

professional   ....a couple of hiccups but done very well.

The crew arrived promptly as scheduled.  They performed the work very well.  The owner came over after completion and inspected the work.  He did not try to sell us anything we did not need including ductwork.  Very pleased with their services.

Mr. Taylor was able to come give me an estimate in 2 hrs. from my initial call. He explained everything in lay woman's terms and wrote an estimate. I got a great warranty, some things up to 20 yrs. So we signed the contract and the crew was here in 2 days. They put protection on my floor and a crew of 3 took about 6 hrs. to install the whole thing, without me barely knowing they were here. The unit is rated 16, which I understand is quite efficient. The bill is very reasonable. I had my home remodelled from stem to stern and I can honestly say that of all the contractors I had used, they were heads above any others in professionalism and gave me service like the old days, where the customer's always right and due proper respect. They even filed my warranty from their office for me. Hire these guys! You won't regret it and I am a hard customer to please.

They are really good. my family and I have used them for several years. In our family, they have installed at least 3 different units.

Most of the ductwork was already in place, so the job was completed in 2 days.  They saved me a lot of money by using less expensive units (Amana, instead of Trane).  Overall it was a good experience and the installation easily passed inspection.  They did it in the offseason, so were not as busy as in the summer. 

Great. The workers were courteous, cleaned up after themselves, communicated when they had questions/options, and got the work done in a really timely fashion. Everything was done exactly as described/expected and exactly to the agreed upon price--no surprises. One thermostat had to be moved, but Taylor sent a sheetrock guy the same day who even mixed his own paint to match our existing paint. You cannot tell it was ever patched. Would highly recommend Taylor for your a/c needs. Also went above and beyond by helping us with a chore in the attic with a heavy item.

I WASN'T ABLE TO GET THE UNIT THE NEXT DAY,BECAUSE THEY HAS TO ORDER THE REST OF PARTS. THEY DID A GREAT JOB INSTALLING, AND WERE EARLIER THAN WHAT I EXPECTED.
