They did an outstanding job. This was immediately after Hurricane Ike, in the middle of the devasted area on the bay near Houston, so you can imagine how difficult it was to get labor and materials. Randy was very responsive in providing a detailed estimate for insurance, and he was pretty competitive, given how prices for shingles had shot up. I was able to get the top of the line architectural shingle installed with 130 mph wind rating for essentially what my insurance allowed to replace a 13 year old roof that had a much lower wind rating and life expectancy. Also, Randy went the extra mile to get the shingle color I wanted, and to get the exact matching ridge vent shingle. The architectural ridge vent shingle was more difficult to get than the roof shingles, and I noticed that some of my neighbors using different contractors did not get the exact match on their ridge vents (matched color but not the raised architectural style). Although fortunately we have not had another hurricane, we have had a number of strong storms since the installation, and there has been absolutely no leaking and no problems whatsoever.

The quote that they gave us was great. There was only one small problem and that was that they didn't replace some rotted wood that we specifically asked them to replace. They did however come right back to fix the problem. I just didn't like that my husband had to go on the roof himself to check their work that was supposed to be done.
