It was terrible. These people are con-artists. They came monthly for around $60 each time and sprayed everywhere. It never helped the issue. At all times you'd see at least 5 or 6 roaches crawling around, and we hardly ever found any dead after they would spray. After about 4 months of this, because I couldn't stand the roaches anymore, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I bought a tube of combat paste and placed a dime sized amount of it under the kitchen sink, and near the outlets and guess what?!?..... I haven't seen a german cockroach since! NOT ONE! The tube cost me about $6 at the store and I saw instant results. I have no doubt they knew exactly how to get rid of them but didn't so that they could keep the continuous flow of money from the monthly contract. This was a year ago. They only just stopped calling me constantly to make an appointment about 3 months ago. Please save your money!

Both times that provider came (termite inspection and later pest control), he was precisely on time.  He didn't give me a time window to arrive, but a specific time, at which he showed up.  During termite inspection, provider was EXTREMELY thorough, looking at everything inside and outside of house and explaining all of what he was looking for.  I followed him the entire time and he  explained everything to me.  At the second visit, the provider was actually a few minutes early.  Similarly, I followed with him as he sprayed and treated inside and outside completely.  His explanations were clear and he was polite.  I was thoroughly impressed!

They're great. They're really nice people, I've been using them for about 16 or 17 years. They're trustworthy, dependable, I don't even have to call them out the second time to what they came out and did. They spray but they can't guarantee that I'm going to have an issue before they come out but I never do, towards the end I do but that's because it's wearing off. I didn't have any problem with them, I love their staff and everything.

Have used this company for 17years and have never had a problem. Very professional. Not a big turnover of the servicemen who come out, so you are dealing with the same friendly faces.

Their office calls several days in advance and sets up an appointment.  The exterminator shows up at the exact time of the appointment, sometimes I have seen him out in the pickup talking of the phone waiting for the time for the appointment.
The exterminator is always very friendly and though in performing his job.
Bottom line is that I really have not had a bug problem since they have been coming out, I think I have had to call them back once because of an invasion of some roaches, but the quickly came out and sprayed some different chemical and the problem was taken care of, at no extra charge.

They were excellent. I was the one that called to make the appointment. They were great. They were on time. My mother said that they were very professional and kind. She trusts them. They didn't even charge extra in did around her garage for her so that's really nice. I would absolutely use them again and I would refer them.

They are coming back on Saturday.  They are great.  I've used them for probably ten to twelve years now.  They come out every three months.  I see them regularly.  I love those people.  They are great.

I’ve been using them for several years.  They are friendly and competent.  They are real qualified and I don’t have a problem having them in my home.  Even my dog likes them, like a lot of people.  I pay $67 every three months.  So far they haven’t had to come back and redo an area that they had originally done for the rasberry ants.  I find them in other areas.  They are overall excellent.  Their pricing was excellent.  It was pretty good.  I will use their services again in the future.  They do really good work.
