We were not impressed with their service.  They were going to charge more to fix the laptop than what it was worth.  They weren't bad but they didn't go out of their way to be helpful.

When they fix something, if you have a small problem with it, they won't charge you for it again. They'll talk to you on the phone through some things They also have covered parking so that you don't have to get your computer wet.
