Clean-It-Rite

A few of the jobs she was supposed to do was to clean the oven, bathroom and window sills on the inside of the house. I had to hire someone else to do it. She barely touched the bathtub, she left black marks all down the wall and did not touch the floor.

They were quite slow, but did a decent job where they cleaned.
It went bad after about 6-7 hours. I had asked my wife whether they were done in a room, and apparently they were listening and took it the wrong way. The wife took a swipe of a baseboard they obviously had not done and the towel turned black. Instead of addressing what was an obvious oversight, Joyce became very angry with us and said that if we weren't happy with her, she was gonna get the ---- outta here. I was very confused at this point because I wasn't necessarily unhappy with their work, just wondering when they'd be done. Additionally, I felt like it was my right to check their work and make sure it was done. I explained that to Joyce's sister, trying to smooth it over, and things were a little better after that. They stayed another hour or so and cleaned the last bathroom. It was very awkward that I felt like I had to make them feel better when I was the one paying them.
Note - they don't do windows. They told us that we needed to have a list of stuff for them to do next time. This was my first time getting a move-out cleaning, but I just assumed they would put the house in and quot;move-inand quot; condition. I didn't know I needed to spell out everything that needed cleaning.
They forgot to clean the bedroom windowsills along with the microwave in the kitchen. Or maybe that wasn't on their normal list of things they do and I didn't specify it.
If you're going to go with this crew, make sure you have a checklist.

Joyce now comes ever two weeks to clean our home. I am very happy with her work and recommend her highly.

I have been using this service since I was 13 weeks pregnant and exhausted. My baby is now 7 months old, and cleaning service allows my busy schedule more to play with my son. Her services use plain old common sense like putting spare shoes in the closet. I am very pleased with this service and have more of life's my valuable asset; TIME!!! She does one-time cleaning up to weekly like myself at a reasonable price. I have information of other housekeeping services left on my front door weekly-but have no desire to change after 1 year.
