They are a very honest and excellent company. They came back out to make an adjustment and didn't charge anything. I've been using this business for over 30 years.

I called Bay Temperature Control and they said well you had someone else work on it so we can no longer be responsible. I came to find out that they never even got a permit and therefore, no inspection was done. I demanded the inspection to be done as it should have been. They then went and got a permit. I called about the permit and was told that this company has not filed any permits in a very long time. Now you know that in their line of work they would have to be filing many so that means none of their work is inspected as it should. I was in the process of filing a complaint with the State Licensing Board when the inspection was finally done. We also found that two or three things were in violation of code.
