I am extremely pleased with the services provided by Brad's company. I never had any issue reaching Brad as he responded directly to my calls/texts/emails within minutes. He installed the pool on budget within the time allotted. We were always kept informed through out the process and the videos he creates are amazing. I do not see why anyone would choose another company, this is the one to choose hands down.

They were horrible. They were not good. They came out and looked great until they got their money and then I never saw the guy again. They put the pool together in the rain. All the tiles were falling off because they didn't do it right. They messed up the flooring and there were bumps all over the bottom of my pool. Everything was horrible. I paid more than I was quoted by everybody else but I thought they were going to be better. I would never use them again.

Showed up on time was very knowledgable about products and repair.Repaired correctly and works great,one year warranty on parts.Labor very reasonable parts compatable to others. Would recommend to others and use service again.

They did an excellent job. My only note on that is that Brad, the owner, talks very fast and you have to slow him down. The flagstone we chose for the coping had some mud between the layers of slate and it had to be removed and replaced, but they worked it out with us pretty well.

BRAD STEPHENS BUILDS A QUALITY POOL AT A COMPETITIVE PRICE. THE FOLLOW UP SERVICE IS GREAT, EVEN YEARS AFTER THE POOL IS BUILT.

GREAT SERVICE IF THEY HAD GOTTEN IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. WHEN IT WASN'T IN PERFECT WORKING ORDER AFTER REPAIRS THEY HAVE BEEN UNRESPONSIVE. IT'S BEEN A MONTH.
