The guy's name is Agustin Ponce. He is real good. He is reasonable. When he is too busy, he sends his son and he has obviously trained him well. Anytime if you want him to fix something up, he is willing to work with you on anything. He is probably in his 50s, but he is a hardworking guy and sometimes he will bring his wife and she even likes to help out a little bit. He always is consistent. He will come if you want to call him every time or if you want to set an appointment with him. He has three cell phones. He is just a one-man show. He set a price when he first came in and he started doing the work. We had just lost our previous guy who did the work for us, but then we found about Agustin through a church lady. He also goes out with some groups and they build churches. This job is kind of a sideline, but it has never stood in the way of him getting by here. He will just basically do anything because we have asked him in certain cases to do other work such as pulling weeds out. When he does something extra, we will pay him a little more just to be nice about it. Even if you ask him to do something extra, he will not ask you for that extra money. He does work in all kind of areas, but he lives right here in Baytown. If you call him, he is not the one who is going to say that he will attend to you later and he will be there within a day. He will try to make it the next day or in the afternoon, and if not, it will be the next morning. I think his price is real fair because the guy before him really kept shooting up his prices. He is very professional. He will never complain. He comes here with his own water and everything else. He is very nice. He does his stuff and never forgets. He has probably done our yard about ten times now. He cares about his customers.
