"The member has unfortunately tagged this negative report to the wrong A-1 Carpet Cleaning and Upholstery. Lake Jackson is not within our service area and the $40 fee wouldn't have even covered the cost of gas for us to visit. There are numerous companies named "A-1 Carpet Cleaning and Upholstery" spread throughout Texas and surely one of our like named competitors is the culprit in this case."
