Horrible experience. This is not an honest company. They quoted very low and then completely sitched the costs after 2nd salesperson interaction. First salesperson, completely lied about everything, including stating that company is veteran staffed and all workers are direct employees fully insured and uniformed. NONE of that was the case. The delivery was a day and a half late causing the need for hotel and lost days off work. MANY items were broken and some missing (believed stolen). Follow up and communication was awful after payment was made. The driver lied about missing items being missing when indeed they were on the truck but completely destroyed, items were missing from the same item. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Read the small print in your paperwork! Cost us $1000 extra fees on day of move!

These guys are crooks. They raised their rates after we signed an agreement. They raised it another $500 when our furniture was on their truck. They demanded payment in cash which was a hardship as commissioned the move from Seattle to California and we were not at the receiving end. They played bate and switch at every step in the process.

We had a great experience from start to finish with Micheal and his team. On time, very friendly, and respectful people. We just watched these guys work with such professionalism. Booking with the company is very easy and theyâ re always on time and ready as planned. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them again for our next move.

Next Stop movers are a moving company of its own kind. These people are not only unique but also very efficient. I have been able to supervise their work and I must admit it that they do it with all their heart. They get it done like professionals. The recommended movers were best. This move turned out to be one of the most successful moves I have ever gone through. Everything was perfect and I cannot really remember myself picking any quarrels with members of the moving crew. Instead, we even talked more and became friends. I appreciate their efforts. I provided them with a list of items I would be moving to include size and that some items were heavy. I was not told that Next Stop was a broker and that a different company would be handling the move. They also forgot to mention that I would be charged an additional fee for all packing materials used by the movers. The movers informed me that Next Stop listed 500 cubic feet and I had more than that and would be charged according. The cost was $3,000 more than was quoted. The company that did the move did an excellent job, were efficient, and swift. I have had 24 years of moving with the military so I know how packing should go and how a good company works.

I moved to small apartment of 2 rooms from large house. They are highly qualified and well mannered. Showed great respect towards my family. They are professional. They didnâ t ask for extra money at the end of move. They deserve this reviews because of great commitment without any doubt.

On arrival of my items, I was greeting by the pleasant team of Next Stop movers who helped me with the They arrived as scheduled without any delays, and not only moved in everything into my new place with ease & care but were extremely proactive about assembling furniture. This saved me a considerable amount of time. I had the best move with them. They are great.

The movers were really good. They were on time, and followed all our guidance. We asked the, for a big truck and we got it. We wanted to use minimum hours for a 2 bedroom move and they followed our instructions to only carry the essentials and come to the agreement. It was a great move with them.
