+ -1 moreI hired Myra after she did work for a friend in Bay City. We had a large landscaping job that included tearing down a fence, moving the fence lines, adding a metal fence to the back yard, tearing out plants/landscaping and planting new plants in the front and on the side of the house. Additionally we discussed her moving a tuff shed and having her daughter perform some irrigation work (specifically replacing the sprinkler timer). Myra quoted me at $4200 and vaguely stated that planting would be extra. My wife and I accepted and felt like we had to constantly chase her down to get the work completed. Several unreturned calls/texts that would later be explain by "sorry I was in Houston" or some other excuse. She ended up under quoting us by $1700 (nearly 45%). She justified this with "I said it would be more for planting." I asked why she didn't include it in the original quote (clearly we wanted them planted as discussed) and I received no reply. Her business practice earns a D.
