The materials were of good quality, but the workers caused damage to existing structures in the home and outbuildings and plants.It took 11 days to do the work but it was incomplete and unacceptable.The management of this company adopted a very condescending approach to dealing with the problems and blamed everything on miscommunication. While it is true that the workers only spoke spanish and I do not, there was no effort to get the work done properly or efficiently. The skill level was unacceptable.A second room was to have been done, but the delays in completing the first room caused the subsequent contractors to start their work 2 weeks later than planned. They made no effort to replace moved furniture after job was done.I received credit for work not done on the second room but no adjustment was made for the damages to my property. I subsequently hired another contractor to finish the work. What was planned as a 2 month project has turned into over four months due to their failure to complete their initial work in a timely fashion. I expected that I would be informed of delays but had to call and reschedule after every day work was done. I would never recommend this company.

The cherry wood floors in six rooms in my home were ruined, I shopped around to match them up the same and Drenners was the only company that carried real cherry wood flooring so we hired them. The work was not as good as the original flooring installers but they did a good job. The work could have been a little better and the company miss estimated the cost by a lot. When the job was finished he told me that this line of work was out of their area of expertise.

Drenner Carpet Gallery did a good job installing the flooring in our home. I was satisfied with the work that they did. They had a good high quality selection to choose from. There are no loose spots. They were helpful moving furniture. Their price was competitive.

Drenners Carpet did a real good job installing my tile. They came out on a Saturday and laid it, and then they came back on Sunday and grouted it. I was very impressed that they were willing to come on our schedule and what worked for us. They did get the tile in quickly and did a very good job. They made sure that they cleaned up after themselves.
