I had 2 other companies come out over the year to repair my diswasher and it was never fixed properly. WCU came to my home and fixed everything. They were very professional and honest. It was a quick repair for them and I was pleased with the results.

After a few failed baked goods attempts I realized there was something wrong with my oven. We went and bought an expensive oven thermometer and discovered that the temp was 50 degrees off. I looked on the internet and discovered there is a temp calibration for the thermostat so I tried that. It helped a bit but still low. I called American Home Shield who we carry as our home warranty provider and they dispatched WCU services. I was so glad when I heard that as they had repaired our AC in 2011 spectacularly.
Keegan called to make an appointment and I was going to meet him after noon. When I got home he was already there waiting. We went inside and discussed the problem and he knew what it was without even turning the oven on. Told me he would order the part and call me.
A couple of days later I received a call from AHS's purchasing department. The first thing they did was tell me my oven was repairable but offered me a cash out for a new oven if I wanted (about 300.00, which I told them I could not replace it for that) then they told me the part was no longer available and had to be removed, sent out for repair and then re-installed. Total time, three weeks..THREE WEEKS WITHOUT MY OVEN? So I went to doing research online, checking parts houses and online forums. Discovered the digital display part was indeed not available but the relay board was, and that was the usual suspect.
I called and talked to Keegan and he looked into it and it turned out AHS wanted him to pull the entire thing, display, board and all. He decided to try ordering just the relay board.
He called and came out the day after the board arrived. My mom let him in the house, he installed the board and told her to have me try it and if it wasn't right he would come back and do plan B. Well it worked perfect!
I have dealt with a lot of contractors and these guys, even as little known as they are, are always on time, friendly and know their business. I am glad they are an AHS contractor!

Called them at 8 a.m. after our furnace stopped working on a very cold night. While they initially told me they could not get to me until the following day, they called me back shortly thereafter. The technicians arrived at 11 a.m. and quickly diagnosed the problem. They had the unit repaired and operating again and were gone all within 20 minutes. They were courteous and professional.

They saved me a number of times and they deserve some ‘kudos'. They came out a number of times servicing my refrigerator. Every time some company came and kind of screwed something up they would come and fix it. They were always very punctual and very professional.

Monday came and Ron from WCU called and said he would be over..I was at work and my parents are staying with us so he dealt with them. He came and in short time discovered the compressor had failed. He called me and told me that his last experience with an Infinity compressor was a factory order and took a while, but he would do what he could to find one. We were cooling 3000 sq foot with a portable AC unit and a wall unit, so the house was bearable. He called on Tuesday and told me they had found one, and that he would pick it up Wednesday for a Thursday repair. I was relieved to hear he had found a compressor. Tuesday night about 8:00 he called and said he had gone ahead that evening and picked up the compressor and would be over on Wednesday (a day early) and he was an hour early. My parents had dealt with them in their home and said he is almost always early. He was able to get the new compressor in, system evacuated and recharged in less than two hours and the unit was alive once again. I also have to say, the unit was never this quiet since it was installed. I suspect it was never right.

So thank you Ron, and WCU for taking good care of our AHS claim and doing such a good job.

The repairman arrived shortly before I did and when I arrived ta my house, he had already cleaned the coils on the outside unit. he said they were very dirty and explained that the drought can require them to be cleaned more often than normal. In addition, the person who filled the freon a few months prior appeared to have damaged a valve causing a freon leak. The leak was not significant enough to require refill, which would have been an additional cost. The repairman was confident that the cleaned coils would help significantly and when I entered my house, it was already cooled to the thermostat temperature. He was friendly, honest, and offered useful information to help me care for the unit and avoid future problems. The A/C has continued to work well and I will call this company again if I have any problems.

THE SERVICE MAN WAS PROFESSIONAL AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF WORK. HE SHOWED UP AT THE SCHEDULED TIME, EXPLAINED WHAT HE LOOKING FOR (BASED ON MY REQUEST). SHOWED ME HOW TO KEEP UNIT CLEAN AND WHAT TO LOOK FOR ON OUTSIDE UNIT AS FAR AS KEEPING IT CLEAN. HE PUT IN 1 1/2 LBS OF FREON.
