Cruz is the best!! Why do air conditioners give out just on the weekends? Well, ours did on Saturday, July 27, 2014. We called Cruz and he came out within 30 minutes. He knows our air conditioner well because we live in a very old house and the air conditioner (while not exactly the same age as the house) is very old too. He's been coming out to our house to do tune-ups on the old thing for years. We want to save money by not replacing the whole thing, and Cruz has helped us to keep it alive. This weekend was no different, he came over quickly and revived the old thing after it was damaged after a power surge caused by an exploding transformer. He repaired the water line, recharged the leaking Freon, and stayed at our house until he knew the compressor would kick on correctly after the electricity had been off for hours. His prices are fair and reasonable. We'll keep calling Cruz each year for tune-ups and for any emergencies, like this weekend. We definitely recommend United Services Air!!!
