Noticed a puddle in our yard. Checked the meter and saw that water was flowing somewhere when it shouldn't be. Called them in the morning. They weren't sure they could get to us, but would try. I told them there was no emergency, not to worry. But they showed up in the afternoon and a little later the leak was taken care of.
