Jimmy Ramos and his wonderful crew, are absolutely the best. Jimmy showed up about 5 minutes after he was called and gave me a fair estimate. He had his crew and equipment at my house in less than 2 hours. They all were very professional and polite and got the large tree taken care of and cleaned up in less than record time. The hot weather did not slow them down one bit, I highly recommend them.

Ramos tree service quoted us 4000$ and 3 days to mow our 12 acre field. We had also agreed to let them dump chips on our property. After paying them 4000$ further inspection revealed that they cut trees down on our neighbors property and dumped their chips and logs into his creek bed, and the field was only 1/2 way mowed. We rented a tractor and mowed the entire field in 6 hours. For 4 months, Jimmy, his wife Yolanda, and cousin Jose, took turns bouncing us back and forth promising to fix it asap. His company is refusing to provide receipts. Now Jimmy says good luck prove it was them. Can you imagine!?

It was a simple one root removal and another ground down. Jim Ramos told me it would be done one way and his WORKERS (who were very incompetent) did it their way and left a very shoddy job and did not clean up properly. They cannot handle a small job evidently!!! Do not recommend. They left a stain on my front porch.

Me. Ramos was prompt in contacting me. He came and spent time carefully looking at all my trees. He gave me a bid on the spot and followed up later with an email contract. He also provided a copy of his liability insurance. Very professional! We will use him again. His work was excellent and crew polite . They cleaned up afterwards.

Be sure to require them to do a walk around to view and inspect the work for completeness. Unpainted > 2" cuts and cuts that are ragged. I'll fix it myself Should have rented the lift for myself. Life lesson...

Arrived on time. Competent crew carefully removed top of huge, dead oak, branches on another large oak over roof, and tree leaning on fence. Removed limbs and cut and stacked wood. Pleasant crew. The "climber" was amazing.

The crew showed up on time and when Jimmy said they would be there. The guys worked constantly in screaming hot weather to take down three trees. They were extremely careful with everything and had the trees down, cut, and stacked in two hours. Excellent job. We highly recommend them.

The team showed up at the time agreed upon and had the job completed in 3 hours. Much quicker than I thought. All were courteous and worked as a team, each one knowing their job well. I would highly recommend this company.

I received a call from Jimmy @ Ramos Tree Services within a minute or two of submitting my project on HomeAdvisor. He scheduled a time to come out and give us an estimate, and was earlier than expected. The bid came in considerably lower than the other pros that responded, 28% lower than the closest bid. His guys were on time, and didn't waste any time in doing the job. The trees in our front yard look great, but a considerable amount of foliage was removed from the tree in the back. Once I called and talked to Jimmy, he was able to explain that the way the limbs had grown caused them to hang down onto each other, or the fence, once the lower limbs were removed. The only reason I knocked this down half a star would be because of the communication of the crew, and my wife. If they had explained why they were removing that much from the backyard tree, it would have been a 5. Would definitely recommend this company.

There are a very professional company, they did everything they promised to do and left my property in good condition.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with Ramos Tree Services. Ramos or Jimmy or whatever his name is called and offered services for a brand new fence we needed to install. Jimmy started off professional, and called multiple times saying he would really appreciate the chance to get the job, he even offered a 10% discount, and his price was reasonable in the beginning. However, after he gave us the quote, when he started installing the fence he kept telling us he needed to charge us more and more and more for this thing here and that thing there. Even though he already came to our house, examined the area and the old fence, and gave us a quote that we agreed on. But, the first few times we still obliged. Then, he tried to cheat us of our money again by taking extra money for the supplies we paid for, and when we refused to let him get away with the extra money, he called the police. The police told him he needs to get off of our property and not return, and that we were not wrong because we fulfilled our end of the deal. Btw, when we refused to pay extra after he hiked up his price for the fifth time, he started undoing our fence and saying we can call someone else to complete it. Then, we said we would cancel the check to which he decided to sloppily fix what he undid. However, he left our yard a complete and utter mess. It's terrible and completely unprofessional. He didn't even clean up the huge mess they made. Now there is mud all over our sidewalk and our backyard and our lawn, pieces of fence posts here and there, large sections of our old fence lying around, gatorade bottles and trash all over the backyard and side lawn. We took pictures of everything. Oh, I almost forgot to mention one major detail -- our fence is CROOKED. Completely crooked. Do not use this company for their terribly unprofessional and unethical business conduct. I hope I can save you the trouble and the headache we have from being unfortunate enough to have done business with him - and only because he called over and over again for the job. Absolutely terrible. I'd give all zero ratings if I could.

Ramiro was VERY responsive - by far better than anyone else. The price was very good compared to some others but still not as affordable as a few other options. I needed this work done fairly quickly so I didn't have the luxury of getting as many offers as I would have liked. They cleaned up well, though the workers did trample on of my plants that may lead to permanent damage.

The arborist was very knowledgeable and explained the entire process for our tree removal. Our particular situation was a very difficult extraction and this team took care of everything just as they had explained. Because they were able to detail the process and timing so well, they were able to give us a very competitive price on this job. Very happy to know this team of professionals. Great job!
