Bryce and James were extremely professional.  Discussed the nature of the problem and gave us a price prior to beginning work.  They worked diligently to unclog the drain, using a camera and electric snake.  
I have used Osborn Plumbing many times over the years.  Price is always fair, and the work done in a timely, professional manner.

).They are very polite, very expensive, and pretty responsive. It took them a REALLY long time to diagnose the problem and I wouldn't call them again, or recommend them to anyone else. I'd say they do know what they're doing overall, but I don't have sufficient patience to deal with them.

Great - have seem him at the Bastrop Opera House working magic on it's plumbing from 1889 so felt confident they could take care of things.  They worked us in right before the holiday with no problem.

Quick response.  The first visit they mis-diagnosed what was wrong with my system.   However, because of that , they did not charge me another trip charge.   They quickly came back out and fixed the real problem and installed a clean out joint for the septic line.   I would hire them again based on how they responded to the problem with the first visit.   The owner himself took control of the situation and was very professional in taking responsibility and getting the job completed to my satisfaction.

It was a great service. Although there were unpredictable complications the tech figure it out and everything is fine now. It took a couple days as the city and a previous installation complicated things.

We called Osborn after realizing we had a serious shower faucet leak that was giving up about 5 gallons an hour.  When the plumber got here, he was quickly able to realize the problem being the shower faucet.  After telling him that I was pretty sure Home Depot had a replacement cartridge for this type of faucet, he offered to go to Home Depot to pick up the part.  He did so, but the faucet was just too old to be replaced, so we opted to replace it.  It was a decent amount of money, but he was here over four hours, and also gave me options along the way.  Overall, a very good experience, and I will use them again.

I have not used Osborne plumbing in a bit because we have moved from Bastrop, but if this company made house calls to Austin I would use them in a heartbeat. Mr. Osborne is a great guy with truly good values and he is the best plumber I have seen in my life. All he had to do was pull up in the driveway in Bastrop and the pipes knew they had better start working. You simply cannot go wrong Osborne plumbing.

I used Osborne Plumbing 5 times over about a 4 month period.  The first time was an emergency when the plumber I was using would not come to fix a tub faucet leak that was getting worse by the hour.  I called them in the morning and they showed up in the afternoon and stopped the leak by replacing the valve.  I was remodeling this bathroom and another one at the same time, so I had them come out again for the second bathroom to do some prep work for a walk-in shower and while they were there, I had them install the toilet in the first bathroom.  They came out 3 more times to finish the shower installation and install the second toilet.  I asked them about getting a hot water recirculating pump to move hot water to the far side of the house and they put it in for me.The guys were very good sticking to their appointment times and about calling when they were on the way.  They were friendly and professional and cleaned up after themselves.  I provided most of the parts, but if I didn't have it, they did.  We only had one snafu when the shower valve I ordered turned out to be the wrong one, and they didn't notice until it was time to install it, resulting in an extra trip to the plumbing supply store for me and an extra trip back to my house for them.  Since there were 2 of them, they could both work on different things, which cut down on the total hours required.Their price is high - they charge the first hour ($106) plus every 15 minutes after that for labor and some travel time. However I used them repeatedly because they show up when they say they will and do good work.  I will use them again (I have 1 more bathroom to remodel) and I recommend them to anyone in the Bastrop/Cedar Creek area.

I spent about $100 on the job. I was happy with them. They did a good job and they were nice people. I will use them again in the future.
