I had a terrible experience with him. He was horrible. He did decent work. I called him for an emergency, and when he got here, he spent forty minutes in my driveway on his phone yelling at someone. His price should have been half of what it was. The work was good. It was his unprofessionalism and price that I didn't like.

When I called the office first thing in the morning, I was told that a technician would call me back to schedule an appointment to look at the problem. The tech called about 9:30 to say that he would arrive by late morning. No one ever arrived or called again. After waiting all day, I called another company the following morning.

For some reason this has happened more than once; the old pipes have weak areas and Moncure has responded quickly both times so far. The plumber sent arrived in forty five minutes and had the problem solved in a little over an hour. He was well mannered and professional. They also have the best prices in this area. For those reasons we will remain their loyal customers.
