DOMESTIC INNOVATIONS

There are always 3 of them. She always has 2 other ladies with her so it takes them about an hour to an hour and 10 minutes. I like their service. They are good. I don't have any complaints about them. They do a thorough job and they are always on time. If for any reason I have to change the day or they need to change, they always call. I don't have any concerns about them coming in the house because we usually leave so we don't want to get in their way. Nothing has ever been broken or missing or anything like that. They are very trustworthy. I don't have anything to compare them to. When we lived in Fort Worth over 6 years ago, I did not pay this much and I had a bigger house, but that is a different market up there. There is a lot of competition and so people were cheaper. That gal that cleaned my house there did not do everything like these do.

They were a little pricey for what I got and not necessarily the friendliest people.  We have now gone to a local lady.  We remember that we didn't get our money's worth.  It was the first time that we had anybody comes to clean our house, so we didn't have many options to compare them to.

She is excellent! I see her every two weeks. No complaints and they do fantastic work. They are very dependable and do a good job. You don't have to worry about them being in your house. I recommend them to anyone living in this area.

I found the crew to be a but rough around the edges and not very professional.  There were quite a few things that I had to do after they had finished such as re-mop the bathroom floors.  I was also disappointed that one of the ladies brought a child.  My home is not childproof and the child was touching things that were not appropriate.  All in all I would not use them again.  When I talked to Alexis, she was defensive and seemed offended that I would even suggest that children at that age should not be brought along to work.  I do not think a child that age should ever be brought to work even is there are easy jobs to do such a sweeping.

I never discussed this with anyone.  Today I was told that she was telling someone I was picky and didn't like having people in my house which I don't appreciate and was the catalyst for writing this letter.

They got to the house on time & got to work right away and got the job done. Did great job, will hire again.

They came out 14 months in a row, every two weeks, and did a good job.  They are very professional and always on time.  They are super nice people too.  I didn't worry about them being in my home when I wasn’t at home.  I guess that's the biggest thing.  I would recommend them to friends and family.  They do good quality work and provide very dependable service.

Alexis has taken care of my home for years. Her crew does thorough cleaning. Always on time and never misses a thing. Depend on time to always do a great job and they deliver.

It was CRAZY WONDERFUL! - those ladies came in (a team of two) and cleaned from top to bottom! They cleaned the burners on the stove, they cleaned UNDER the microwave! I had no idea how awesome they would be and was left with a very clean house and a smile on my face.

They did a fabulous job. All the folks were really friendly and appeared to really enjoy their work. They asked my preference on several things and were quite thorough. My house sparkled when they were done. I made my husband buy dinner out that night so we wouldn't get anything dirty and screw it up!
