Positives: Quality versus cost was A+. Ensures your foundation is properly engineered and poured. A++ Project management was an A. Financial responsibility was A+. Overall quality was A+. Providing good recommendations was A. Good communicator under normal circumstances A. Negatives: Does not like for owner to point out mistakes B-. Very difficult to talk to during conflicts C-. Always charged extra for things that should be included in home building; such as providing a paint sample on a wall C+. Wrongfully and knowingly charged 10% profit on top of allowance money (already charged 10%) that was moved from one job scope to another; total of 20% profit F--.
