He said it was going to cost 3658.00. I gave him a check. He said he would have it done next week. I called him back a month later as nothing had been done. He now had an attitude and said the painter had to come out first. I told him later on that I wanted regular size gutters instead of the industrial sized gutters he recommended. He said he had already ordered them. 3 days after that I called him to cancel and he became really angry at that point. He said he was out the money and said he had to pay the restocking fees to return the gutters. I asked for him to show me the charges he was going to have to pay in order to return them and he said he didn't have that right now. He was really nasty about it and said he would call me back later. This was 2 months ago but he never called. I have sent him a certified letter which did get delivered and I still have not heard from him. He still has all of my money and I have nothing for it.
