I am writing this letter to thank your company, A&A Construction, Adrian Vargas Owner, for the job well done on finishing my house located in Riverside Grove. Within days of the construction project, A&A Construction has shown diligence and dedication to finish work on time, which greatly benefits the selling of my residence. Your attention to detail and the specifics of the construction as well as proper scheduling has been very remarkable, resulting to a job well done. It is refreshing to still find a company in construction which is fair, honest, and conscientious. The experience started off really well, but towards the last couple of weeks, the quality of work went down. When we started asking for changes, like replacing broken parts or the color of a cabinet, they said they didn't make changes and we had to do them ourselves. We bought an expensive tile for the entranceway of the home that broke when people stepped on them, and he also said he wouldn't replace these and people shouldn't have stepped on them. He said it wasn't his problem, and he walked out on our job. He left us with no baseboards and unfinished cabinets, stairwells, and showers. We had to pay someone else just to come finish our trim and a handyman to come out and install doorknobs, which had been part of our contract.
