Mr. McKay, checked the A/C until outside my home, anti-freeze, made sure all of the lines were in good working order & then went up into the attic to check the heating system & other parts of the A/C that I don't actually understand. He also changed the heating filter. He paid attention to every detail. He was on time as he always has been and explained everything to me in detail. He has an excellent personality. I might add, that anytime I've had a problem, he has come to my home no matter what the time or day, and charged the same on weekends & evenings as for regular time. There have been a couple of occassions when he didn't charge me anything at all when the problem was simple. Mr. McKay is a man of the highest integrity and anyone hireing him will be pleased with the work performed.
