I saw him in my neighborhood and called to see if he could stop by my house. He did stop by later and performed my cleanings the same day. Since he was able to clean my chimney and dryer vent on the same trip, he gave me a discount on the package.

I was absolutely satisfied with the service. He came out and he was very reasonably priced. I had an issue with the way our house was built and our dryer stalk is almost straight up to the roof. We have never had it cleaned out other than what we were doing. We were having severe issues with the dryer not drying. The entire thing was plugged up from top to bottom. He cleaned it out and did a quick job. With everything he had to do, it wasn't easy because of my washer-dryer closet situation. He did a great job. We don't use our fireplace that much but I want him to take a look at that. He inspected that and everything was good. He is rebuilding his home because he lost his home in the fire that we had here last fall. I was glad that I was able to use somebody who is rebuilding and rebuilding his business. He is very personable and very reasonable priced. I thought I had to wait but he was out within a few days of my call. His responsiveness stood out and was good. He was right on time. He called and he let us know that he was on his way. We live out in the country and he let us know that he was coming. He said he will be here at a certain time and he was here. I have recommended him to my friends.
