First they were called out by our renters, then came out and agreed there was a problem with the AC. So they schedule another appointment to come back to fix the problem 4 days later. They show up as scheduled and fixed it, got it running. The AC freezes up and they must come out again and decide it is a capacitor (sp) . They then have to come back yet another day to replace that part.
I just thought they were not prepared to make a service call and I felt it was unprofessional.
