Steve, the owner did all the measurements. Two other men did the cutting and installation. The kitchen wasn't perfect but it was acceptable. The bathroom counter, however was a mess. The counter was not a perfect rectangle so we made sure to point out all the considerations to Steve when he measured. His measurements were off so the counter didn't fit correctly. He refused to redo it. We found out later that the standard procedure was to first make a template to prevent these types of errors. He did not do that. I withheld some of the payment in order to hire someone else to finish the job. It was very hard to find someone to do such a small job. Finding a small matching piece of granite was also hard to do so it took us a while to finally get this job finished. In the meantime, Steve had filed a lien on our house because we didn't pay the full amount of the bid. Steve also has a problem dealing with women..He was so rude to my daughter & me, that I had to make sure that my husband was always home to deal with him when he came out. We finally had to hire a lawyer to get the lien released. Wouldn't recommend thiscompany to anyone.
