All about you heating and air

I hate to be sour grapes, but we were referred to this company by our contractor. We had a two year old system who's handler needed to be converted from a vertical to a horizontal system. It required a coil, plenum and sundry to make the move from a closet to the attic. Isaac never produced the qoute for this but only would quote a new unit. His quote was $3K higher than other local HVAC companies. I can't speak to his quality of service we didn't get past the qoute...Oh and he said my contractor told him it was "...a new install." This was 8 days after he said he would have to get a "...price on a coil" Be careful with this one if you are a contractor or customer...shop around!

Isaac Merino is the only one I will consider for any heating or AC need. He is honest and will do exactly what he says. I have had larger companies bill me for an outrageous annual plan and not even clean the unit when they come out. He will never recommend replacing the entire outside compressor unit if all that is needed is a capacitor or other part. Isaac’s pricing is reasonable and fair. I have him come out spring and fall for preventative maintenance. Those charges are reasonable, not some “computer generated plan A, B, C or D” the least of which is more than the service is worth. I highly recommend him for any of your maintenance, repair or new construction needs!
