Drew is a very personable guy but the fact that his business card had his title listed as "Presdient" should have been a clue that he was not detail oriented. He was very involved in the initial assessment of the damage and even met the insurance adjuster. However, once the job started, we communicated mostly by email. There were issues with the screen replacement and the ceiling repair had to be completely redone because of the minimum effort (and zero supervision) put into the job.
The two other times we had to have our roof replaced due to hail (this is Texas) we dealt directly with the roofer. I think this job may have been too small to warrant the appropriate attention from a contractor who builds custom homes. Lesson learned.
