Awful experience with this company.

Jeff's subcontractors' work was top-notch (electrician, carpenter and sheetrocker). Jeff, however, was personally difficult to deal with. For this reason, and this reason only, we were forced to fire him mid-project and hire another contractor. Our newly-hired contractor is accommodating, friendly and a pleasure to work with.

Today, it's a challenge to even get a contractor to respond to your phone call or e-mail. Jeff Kroll (owner) was very responsive to my request for quote, arriving when he said he would. He quickly put us at ease; his knowledge and professionalism was evident, He listened to what we wanted done and provided a couple of alternative approaches to our desired outcome.. He subsequently provided us with a plan and price quote; one which my wife and I discussed and then decided that we'd like to go with the alternate plan we had discussed during his initial visit. He promptly e-mailed us a new quote, which we accepted.
As with most things, it's never as easy as you think it will be - and I was continually impressed with the ease with which Jeff methodically demolished the existing pantry and then, step-by-step, began building the new pantry. As I'm sure happens often in projects like this, I asked him to accommodate a couple of additional features as he was building the new pantry, to include an automatic light when the door opens, which required additional work. Jeff took my requests in stride and and quot;drove on.and quot;
This was a multi-day project. Jeff kept us informed as to when he would arrive each day and always kept his word. He sub'd the dry wall preparation and painting, and it was obvious by the quality of their work that Jeff takes great care to find high quality sub-contractors.
While the price was a tad more than what we had planned to spend, the end result is everything we had hoped for. My wife is ecstatic - and you know what that means :-)

Perfect. The contractor visited the site and the general design was discussed. Contractor then prepared and submitted plans and specs for review, and design was approved. The project was begun a week or so later and fully completed three days following begin. It's been over a year and the project looks brand new despite constant use.

Jeff Kroll did a good job. He kept the costs down and the finished results were very good.
