A couple of days before the 2007 Christmas weekend began, we discovered water leaking in our master bathroom closet. The carpet was wet and the door jam was swollen. Our home warranty sent out a different plumber the next morning who spent 20 minutes trying to find the leak. He said we had to take out the shower and tub to find it. We called for a second opinion and got Joe with BBB Plumbing. We were leaving out of town for the holiday and he instructed us on what to do while we were out of town to minimize the damage. He arrived at our home the day after Christmas and spent two hours analyzing and determining where the leak was without us pulling out the tub and destroying the shower. He was able to find three separate leaks in the copper piping and replace the copper piping. He even came back to the house a couple of times to follow up on his work and to correct a problem the tile guy made when replacing the tub tile and faucet. He was very professional & conscientious.
