Used through a Home Warranty company to fix AC. They set new indoor unit and ran pipes so that the right size filter could not be used and suggested I use a smaller size filter. AC still didn't work properly. They thought there was a leak in the lines running underneath my slab so suggested we pull lines and reset new ones. Used a truck to s***** out the lines from under the house, driving across the neighbors yard, and then weren't able to get the lines back in. Come to find out they replaced my indoor unit with a 5 ton all while not replacing the 3 ton outdoor unit. They also did not receive proper permits from the city for the new indoor unit or the electrical work needed. When I had the city inspector come to the house we found 2, 220 electrical wires just taped together with an exposed ground stuffed between my wall & unit. I will never use this company again!

They are very efficient. The only issue I have is right now my air is out and they are so overbooked, they are not able to get to me for two or three days. Since they are good the get booked.
