I called them from their ad on the internet. It was a offer for $35 per month and get 15mg speed. I was told that the service was not in my area yet, but that it would be in June and until they I would recieve 12mg for $45 per month and when the new service got to me in June, my speed would up to 15 mg and my charge would automatically drop to $35 per month. I agreed, but when I checked on it they told me that would not happen and they would allow me to keep my present service at $45. Every person I was able to talk to, which is almost impossible to talk with a live person, kept on misrepresenting every word they said. They are the worst company I have ever done business with.
