Heating and Air Conditioning Service
This company was very inconsiderate. I made an appointment for the next day from 2-5pm. I took off work, waited at home, called them and there was no response and no service person arrived! When I spoke to the company the next day, the representative said they got busy and they meant to call. I asked why they didn't call as I had taken off of work, and they had my pager and cell phone numbers, and he just said they meant to but didn't. They refused to offer any kind of inconvenience/inconsiderate discount, so I am going with another company.
