PROGRESSIVE AUTO CARE

Jeff and his crew have always been most professional. We have been going to him for several years. We also took my in-laws vehicle there and again they diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem and there have been no more problems. I am spoiled my son is a professionally trained, educated, experienced so when ever we had a car problem he always took care of it. Since he is in Oregon and we are in Texas that doesn't work. So Jeff has done the jobs for us as well as my son.

Engine and catalytic converter both stopped up. Cost to fix motor was est at 456.38 and replace catalytic converter was 623.72.
I opted for engine repair as it was cheaper. Owner of shop did some research and did a pressure test on converter. He called me and advised me to do converter first as i wold only make the engine run hot if not replaced.Car runs great now and transmission shifts like a new one again.Will definitely use Progressive again.

Jeff is great. He's worked on my son's 2004 Honda Civic and also my sister's 2003 Honda Acoord and my ex-husband's Honda Accord, as you can see we trust Jeff with many of our families vehicles. His quotes are reasonable and the quality of work is excellent and Jeff's great down to earth personality is a plus. I would definitely reccommend his business to friends and family.

Jeff found correct diagnosis on my 2003 Hyundai Sonata. I ran the automobile very low on gas and I thought I was actually starting to run out so I filled up and afterwards it would not idle , it kept dying on me. Finally it died and would not start again. I had to push it home,luckily I was on my street. The next day I tried once more to start the vehicle and it started and ran good. I immediately drove car to Progressive and explained to Jeff what had happened. I thought that by running it so low on gas that I plugged up fuel filter or fuel line. Jeff did some troubling shooting and found the problem was 2 different sensors on the car. I also had him find a leak in my air conditioning system repair that and charge my air conditioner. My car was ready to be picked up in less than 48 hrs. It's running better than ever and I also have cold air : )
I would also like to say how Jeff is always friendly and professional with all patrons. Always offering you the old parts he took off your car,and showing you pics of before and after of work that was done. With an explanation of the work that was done. I recommend Progressive Auto Repair to any body that needs repairs done whether it's major mechanical or just service prevention.
