Description of Work: On January 30, 2013, I contracted with Jesse Salinas to remove two trees, cap the sprinkles, pour the concrete, and stamp it in my backyard. However, only some work was done. The sprinkler system stopped working ever since. Despite of many repeated attempts to contact Jesse, he has not returned my calls. The last date I contacted him was on April 21, 2013.
