In 2015 I called to have an estimate on repairs to a tree limb that had fallen on my roof and caused two small holes in the roof. They came out and gave me an estimate for shingles, new plywood, labor and materials. It was more expensive than the other estimates but they could come out right away and with a rain prediction I decided to go with them. After the repairs were made I had to call them out twice to fix the areas because of bad worksmanship. It was on one of those occasions that I was told they had not put in new plywood under the shingles but had only covered it with the tar paper and then covered that with the new shingles, but for me not to worry because it was such a small area and would not be a problem. In December 2015 we found a leak in the attic around the chimney area and I called them to give them another chance. I was told it was bad mortar on my chimney and they could repair it for around 275. I agreed and they scheduled the appointment for the first week of january 2016. The first week came and went, I called the second week of January, they had again lost my correct phone number and had forgotten about the scheduled appointment. They were very apologetic and assured me that they would be out the next week. Again the next week came and went so I called again, they had again forgotten but assured me they would be out again asap. Another appointment was missed so I called to say I would not be using them again and talked to the owner who convinced me they would be out right away and he would call me back right away and to please give them another chance. Against my better wishes I agreed. No call back for 3 days when i called to say please do not come out and that I would not be using their company , at this point they again tried to say they were sorry and that it was an accident and to give them another chance. I had to decline, based upon their past services and promises.
Description of Work: Initially they repaired tree damage to my roof in 2015 then they were going to repair a chimney leak
