James was absolutely FABULOUS to work with. We have had many, many contractors work on our home in the last three years, and by far, he was head and shoulders above the best of them.  He came out twice to talk to us, and then spent about three weeks doing the work (longer than planned because of the rains).  It was difficult getting into/out of our back yard, but he was careful and took more trips to do the work. He is courteous, thorough, considerate, efficient, honest, excellent at what he does, and a truly nice man.  He cleaned up beautifully, too. :o)
