Hauling
Jimmy Jackson, owner of Scrappy Demolition and Recycling, was hired by me to remove scrap metal from my property for recycling. We agreed on a 70/30 split of the profits, with me getting 30%. Jackson removed the scrap from my property without me being there and redeemed it for $3500, of which he kept. I spoke to him the day after the scrap was removed and sought to arrange a time to pick up my portion of the profit, but Jackson claimed he had spent it all already on "business related expenses", and he would have it shortly for me. I'm a patient man, but after a year of waiting for my money, all I have received from Jackson was $200. Even that was extremely difficult to get from him. I have sought repeatedly to contact him and to make it as convenient as possible to pay me, but he has refused to work with me, always providing excuses for the delay when he actually returns my calls.
